We save a delivery snapshot on each order (recipient, phone, address, and city) so the order record remains accurate even if you later edit or delete a saved address.
• Preferences — your language, theme (light/dark), and notification settings, saved to your account or your browser.
• Technical and usage data — basic information such as device type, browser, approximate access details, and security logs needed to keep the site running and safe.

We do not collect or store any payment card or bank details. All orders are paid in cash when the product is delivered to your door, so no online payment information ever passes through our systems.

We do not sell your personal information to any third party. When the Meta Pixel is enabled, we share limited visit and store-event data with Meta so we can measure our own ads, as described below.

• Legal and safety — when required by law, regulation, or valid legal request, or to protect our rights, customers, or the security of the service.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with other companies so they can market their own products. Meta may use Pixel data as described in Meta’s privacy policy.

How long we keep your data

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. We keep order records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
